We have a long and successful track record of coaching members of Boards, Corporate Management Teams and senior executives.  Apart from individual coaching assignments, we build in a coaching process into all of our leadership programmes to ensure that what participants are learning is being translated effectively into workplace initiatives

We are currently working on large programmes of leadership coaching with the Wales Audit Office and with Blaenau Gwent Council. A key element of these programmes is the use of 360 degree feedback to help every leader to understand his or her real impact on others.  Working with our strategic partner 360 Partnership Ltd and using their Personnica 360 tool, we are helping clients to enhance performance, develop leadership capability, build teams and support cultural change.
