I am a chartered psychologist and have been involved in Organisation and Management Development for over 17 years. With a background as a senior executive in both HR and Commercial management, and as a consultant at a major professional services firm leading a client service team, I have extensive experience of building effective relationships and creating strong cross functional teams.
Bringing together my varied professional training and experience enables me to apply psychological knowledge and interpersonal skills within demanding commercial environments in both the private and public sector. My work in management and personal development includes such clients as Deloitte, Chase Manhattan, Invesco and Boots. Experience in the public sector as a psychologist includes the Northern Ireland Civil Service and the NHS. Assignments have included facilitating and advising a global team in a large multinational organisation on the development and implementation of a global competency model, acting as a one-to-one coach and group facilitator to directors preparing for partnership at a professional services firm.
