Having experienced Philippa's style, professionalism and enthusiasm at a meeting, I promptly asked her to facilitate two Executive team time-out sessions for me. Not only did she do this with confidence, but her manner and approach to often difficult issues put everyone at ease and allowed a flow of discussion, debate and reflection, exceeding expectations of all attending. Her preparation using local research, organisational publications and one-to-one conversations to understand the environment and complexity of the organisation and people she is dealing with was excellent.
