As founder members of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching, we have been convinced for many years of the positive benefits of coaching to people and organisations. But we are also concerned that it is very easy to find someone who calls themselves a coach, yet has no real background in the science and research that underpins the practice. Our coaching is firmly and demonstrably based on ethical practice incorporating the most soundly developed techniques. Literally thousands of satisfied customers are happy to endorse this.

But we want to go one step further, and have invested in becoming accredited coaches to ILM Level 7, the highest grade available. We are also licensed to apply the latest ROI technology in all of our coaching activities. From the outset of a coaching project, we will agree with you how we can evaluate our input in terms of not only personal goals and outcomes, but value added to the bottom line. You can see on a database that is independently maintained and benchmarked exactly what we have delivered for previous clients. From 2010, independently collected, verified and benchmarked evaluation data and feedback on our performance and effectiveness as coaches will be available.

We know our coaching works because people regularly tell us so. But we want to provide to clients a guarantee of quality assurance and the ROI Calculator toolkit will help us ensure that our services will deliver a high-value, quantifiable return on investment, every time.
